Individuals interested in applying for the Two Year Alternative Licensure Program, formerly known as the Pikes Peak BOCES/UCCS Teacher-in-Residence Program (TIRP) must meet demonstrate professional competency (test, coursework or specific degree) before being eligible for the Colorado Department of Education’s Statement of Eligibility (which assists with securing employment).  Please visit: http://www.cde.state.co.us/cdeprof/Licensure_alt_endorsements.asp for individual content evaluation worksheets.

NEW:  The Colorado State Board of Education voted at the June 2016 board meeting to adopt the Praxis exam series of content assessments for all available endorsement areas.  Please take a moment to review the new information effective September 1, 2016: https://www.cde.state.co.us/cdeprof/edprepandlicensingcontentassessmentproject2016.
