Calculus and Analysis, Functions (6 credits)
Examples: Differential Equations, Calculus I, II, III, Modern
Analysis I, II, Estimation, Convergence & Approximation
Geometry and Measurement (3 credits)
Examples: Higher Geometry
Statistics and Probability (3 credits)
Examples: Statistics for the Sciences, Introduction to
Probability & Statistics
Mathematical Modeling/History of Mathematics (3 credits)
Examples: Stochastic Modeling, Mathematical Modeling
Plus 3 credits may be in any of the above areas
Life Experience may not be substituted for credits

OR

Passing score on the PLACE Test # 04 OR THE PRAXIS II Test # 10061

If using credits (only) to qualify you must have a minimum GPA of 2.6

NOTE: DISTRICTS REQUIRE THAT CANDIDATES PASS THE PLACE OR PRAXIS II TEST PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT.
