Music
The following requirements must be met to be eligible to enter the TIR program in the content area of Music.
Requirement One: 24 semester hours (A maximum of 6 credits MAY be approved for Life Experience)
OR
Requirement Two: Passing of the PLACE test #29
Both requirements; however, must be completed prior to the program completion in two years.
Instrumental (9sh)
Example: Wind-French, trumpet, flute, string-violist, guitar, string instruments. Percussion-drum, xylophone, piano.
Conduction (3sh)
Vocal and Choral (6sh)
General Music/History of Music (6sh)
